Acceptable use policy of the 3veta platform

We have created the 3veta Platform in order to participate in the digitalization of services. We believe that the rules for correct communication and the laws of the country are applicable in a virtual electronic environment. That is why we require from our clients (Professionals and End Users) to use the Platform in accordance with the law and good manners.

We consider it unacceptable to use the Platform in the following ways:

  1. For publishing, distributing or providing in any way, data, messages, texts, audiovisual works or other materials that are contrary to the law or morals.
  2. To perform actions that infringe the rights of third parties such as copyright or related rights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights, property rights, as well as any other property or non-property rights or legitimate interests of third parties;
  3. For disclosure of data constituting a trade, official or personal secret or other confidential information;
  4. For publishing and / or distributing computer files that contain viruses or other risks to the security of the platform or devices of End Users, programs or their components.
  5. For publishing and / or distributing pornographic or other content that is contrary to law.
  6. For the publication and / or dissemination of data, messages, text or other materials containing a threat to human life and physical integrity, promoting discrimination, preaching a fascist, racist or other undemocratic ideology, the content of which violates human rights or freedoms, according to the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria or international acts.
  7. For organizing gambling or games of chance.

The list provided is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to amend and/or supplement it at any time, as well as to perform a conformity assessment in each specific case, regardless of whether the action is indicated in this list or not.
